A synopsis of your story
A brief description of the main characters you want pictured on the cover
Reference images (show me what book covers you love!)
Approximate page count (for designs that include front AND back covers)
Any special requests
Payment (at least a 50% deposit)

How many revisions will you do?
Short answer: a lot!
Long answer:
Once you provide me with some information about your vision, I’ll provide a rough sketch.
You can request up to 5 major revisions at this stage.
After sketch approval, I’ll submit a complete cover design.
You can request up to 3 minor revisions at this stage.
I want you to fall in love with the final cover, go on to sell copies galore, and write more beautiful stories!
Does the price include illustration?
Yes! Unless you have a custom illustration or licensed stock photo you want to provide (which I am happy to accommodate), I act as both illustrator and cover designer.
What kind of timeframe can I expect?
Right now my turnaround time is around 3-4 weeks. The number of revisions can cause this ETA to vary.
Will you read my book?
I’d love to! Send it over and I’ll dig in.
Do you use AI?
No, I’m doing this because I love to create!

My name is Tiffany Cairns, and I'm a Southern Ontario-based illustrator and artist. I have a BA with Honours from the University of Waterloo, where I majored in Fine Arts, and a graduate certificate in 3D Character Design and Animation from Fanshawe College.As a lifelong book lover, my goal is to combine my passion for art & storytelling by creating beautiful book covers for self-published romance novelists!
